Moisturizing base that allows eye makeup to last longer while protecting the delicate skin around the eyelid. EYE BASE fixes the make-up, gives a radiant look and extends the durability of the color.
Application
Apply lightly to the eyelid. Allow to absorb well before applying eye make-up.
